Recognized for his ability to transform business models, Akyuz combines his technological background with his strategic prowess to drive operational excellence.

Chief Technology Officer

Qiao brings over 10 years of R&D experience in the field of computer vision, machine learning and enterprise software development. Since joining Circle in 2011, he has held roles of increasing responsibility including Lead for Advanced R&D, Director, and Vice President of Software Development. Qiao holds a PhD in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Calgary.

Mike is a CPA designated financial professional with over 20 years of broad financial and business management experience. Prior to Circle, Mike was a member of the executive team at a software company focused on the telecommunications industry where he contributed to the growth and transformation of the organization into a successful global enterprise.

Chief Product Officer

Scott is a senior healthcare IT and informatics business leader for complex software products that span international development sites with global deployments. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in all facets of business, including business management and analysis, product management, software development, software verification and validation, customer support, implementation services, quality and regulatory, finance, sales, and marketing. Scott brings a strong track record of implementing best practices and getting improved business and operational results via collaboration between appropriate stakeholders.

Chief Revenue Officer

Christian Bazinet is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of driving exceptional growth and navigating complex organizational change within the technology sector. As former CRO of Intelerad Medical Imaging, he played a pivotal role in transitioning the company through a leadership change, integrating multiple acquisitions, and achieving significant growth. Prior to Intelerad, Bazinet held VP of Sales positions at industry giants like Oracle and Cisco, honing his expertise in building high-performing sales teams and executing successful go-to-market strategies. He combines his deep understanding of technology sales with a strategic business acumen cultivated through his MBA from The University of Western Ontario.

Medical Director

Kevin is a cardiologist with over 20 years of experience in cardiac imaging. He currently leads a busy cardiac imaging service in Bellingham, Washington and has played a key role in developing advanced cardiac imaging programs across multiple hospital systems and government healthcare institutions. Kevin also has 20 years of experience in the United States Air Force where he was Program Director for the largest joint Air Force/Army cardiovascular fellowship program in the Department of Defense. He remains actively involved with the SCMR as co-Chair of the CMR Board Review Committee, a former member of the Communications Committee and one of the original developers of the SCMR Registry. Building on this deep foundation of clinical, academic, and leadership experience, Kevin is now focused on expanding access to advanced cardiac imaging in underserved areas.
